At A.M. Cleaning Services, we want to make the payment process as easy and convenient as possible for our clients. We accept cash, checks, debit/credit, and Venmo. You can choose to pay after each cleaning. Contact us to discuss the best payment option for you.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way, and you may need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment. We ask that you let us know as soon as possible, preferably at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, there may be a cancellation fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee
At A.M. Cleaning Services, we take pride in our work, and we want you to be completely satisfied with our cleaning services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our work, please let us know within 24 hours of the cleaning. We will come back and re-clean the area at no extra charge.
